14 December CHRISTMAS TRADING HOURS E-Access will continue to provide the same quality technical support during the festive season with the following changes in opening hours. The Customer Service Centre will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Sundays as usual. 19 March SCAM EMAILS Please remember that E-Access will never ask for your username, password or date of birth in an email. Any email which asks such things is a scam and should be deleted. 18 December NEW DIAL UP NUMBER: 0198 331 221 E-Access is upgrading to a new network and the dialup service is the first to be switched over to this new network. Our dial-up customers will need to update their computer settings to dial into our new number.
