WINDOWS 95/98 SETUP FOR E-ACCESS

• Form the desktop, double click on My Computer
• Double click on the Dial Up Networking folder
• Double click on Make New Connection
• The screen shown below will appear

• Enter E-access as the name for the computer you are dialing
• Select the modem that you wish to use to dial this connection
• Click the Next > button
• The screen shown below will appear

• Enter 0198331221 for the telephone number
• Click the Next > button
• Click the Finish button

• In the Dial Up Networking window right click on the E-access icon and select properties
• The window show below will appear

• Click on the Use Area Code and Dialing Properties check box to remove the tick
• Click on the Server Types tab

• Click on the Log on to Network check box to remove the tick
• Click the NetBEUI check box to remove the tick
• Click the IPX/SPX Compatible check box to remove the tick
• Make sure the TCP/IP is checked
• Click the OK button
