16 December CHRISTMAS TRADING HOURS 2008 E-Access will continue to provide the same quality technical support during the festive season with only a slight reduction in opening hours. The Customer Service Centre will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and on Sundays as usual. 18 December NEW DIAL UP NUMBER: 0198 331 221 E-Access is upgrading to a new network and the dialup service is the first to be switched over to this new network. Our dial-up customers will need to update their computer settings to dial into our new number. 28 November NEW MAIL CONFIGURATION SETTINGS Due to security and system upgrades all customers will need to change their E-Access mail configurations settings as "mail.e-access.com.au" will shortly be phased out.
