CHRISTMAS TRADING HOURS 2007 19 December, 2007
E-Access will continue to provide the same quality technical support during the festive season with only a slight reduction in opening hours. The Customer Service Centre will be closed on Christmas Day, New Years Day and Sundays as usual.
Please refer to the following table for our Christmas opening hours. All times are given in Australian Central Daylight Savings Time. For WA subtract 1.5 hours For NT subtract 1 hour For QLD subtract half an hour For NSW, VIC & TAS add half an hour

Following weeks of testing, E-Access is proud to announce the introduction of our new Dial-Up access network. This is our first step in upgrading our network to be able to offer new services early next year. As part of this expansion a new national dial-in number has now been commissioned allowing local-call access to our Internet services from almost anywhere in Australia. You will need to update your computer to dial in using our new number: The new number is 0198 331 221 If you are unsure on how to change your dial-up number please check out our Dial-Up setup guides. If you require assistance making this change or have any additional queries contact our Customer Service Centre on 1300 13 88 10 between 9am - 7pm ACST Monday - Friday and between 11am - 7pm on Saturday.
NEW MAIL CONFIGURATION SETTINGS 28 November, 2006
Due to security and system upgrades all customers will need to change their E-Access mail configurations settings as "mail.e-access.com.au" will shortly be phased out. All customers that have not already done so need to change their mail clients incoming and outgoing settings to the following:
Inbound: pop3.e-access.com.au
Outgoing: smtp.e-access.com.au |
