All E-Access plans are subject to E-Access Terms & Conditions with access fees paid monthly
in advance. There is a choice of either no contract where all setup charges must be paid up front, or a contract
where the setup charges are discounted.
E-Access Broadband is subject to availability. You may check your line availability here although
coverage information is indicative only and is subject to change. There is no guarantee that individual telephone services can be
enabled for an ADSL service until provisioned.

* For the 8000 plans, the speed of 8000kbit/s download and 384kbit/s upload is a theoretical maximum
speed. The actual speed achieved is dependent on a number of factors, including the distance from the telephone exchange and the quality
of the phone cabling throughout the building.
All Broadband plans are subject to shaping. If your download or upload amount reaches the data limit for the month (whichever reaches
it first) then the speed of the connection will be reduced to 64kbit/s download and upload for the remainder of the month.

The modem we provide in the Setup package is the Billion BiPAC
5200. It has 4 ethernet ports so you can easily connect multiple computers to the internet at the same time. It also has has a built in NAT Firewall
which offers protection against hacker attacks.

Fast Transfer (churn)
If you intend to use the Fast Transfer (churn) process to move your broadband service to E-Access, you will need
